Beef Bourguignon  - Tender Sirloin perfectly seared draped in a rich red wine bourguignon sauce, accompanied by silky truffle-infused mashed potatoes and braised vegetables garnished with crispy bacon crumble for a smoky finish. 

Seafood Cioppino - A festive, briny stew of half lobster, mussels, clams, and shrimp, simmered with a rich tomato fennel

 Scallops Vichyssoise 

 crowned with Northern Divine Caviar, Pan seared BC Scallops, parsnip chips finished with Truffle and Green oil.  

Beef Tenderloin Rossini 

 Seared Tenderloin, layered with foie gras and truffle, accompanied by carrot puree, green beans, and foie gras, Finished with a rich morel jus. 

 Seafood Vol-Au-vent 

 medley of Prawns, Clams, Sablefish, and Mussels Crowned with a light flaky puff pastry served alongside crispy Crab Croquette, tossed in a  delicate Yuze-infused Beurre blan
